Celebrate Black Restaurant Week

Now through Sunday, Dec. 6, residents are encouraged to enjoy a meal at one or more of Jacksonville’s 200-plus black-owned eateries. Black Restaurant Week is a national celebration of African American, African and Caribbean cuisine.

Festival of Lights 5k

This Saturday, Throw on your ugly sweaters, jingle bells & running shoes and get ready for the Festival of Lights 5K & Fun Run benefiting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals! The event will take place in historic San Marco with the race route completely lit with luminaries!

Holly Jolly Jekyll Parade

This Saturday, join the fun of the Holly Jolly Jekyll Parade jingling across the island on its new beachfront route, presented by the Beach Village Merchants. Click here for more information on how to view the parade.

Explore Betty Steflik Memorial Park 

Betty Steflik Memorial Preserve is located in Flagler Beach, about an hour south of Jacksonville. Barbie Truck Total Throwback Tour 

Barbie is hitting the road with the Barbie Truck Totally Throwback Tour, celebrating over 60-years of Barbie’s iconic heritage and the fans who love her. Check out limited edition retro-inspired Barbie merch only available at the truck. Everyone is encouraged to practice social distancing! We will be parked at St. Johns Town Center this Saturday from 10 am - 7 pm.

This Saturday from 3 – 6 pm Tailgaters Parking will be having their first annual Merry Truckmas show open to all trucks. There will be a DJ, food trucks, beer garden and door prizes. This event benefits the US Marines Toys for Tots program, so bring an unwrapped toy to help benefit those in need.

A Very Shrimpy Christmas 

Jacksonville’s Jumbo Shrimp is kicking off the holiday season with their 3rd annual Christmas even on Saturday from 3 -7 pm. Fans can enjoy free socially distanced pictures with Santa Claus & Christmas crafts as the HD videoboard in left field screens Christmas movie & cartoon classics. Concessions, Christmas treats, and refreshments will be available for cashless purchase. Admission is only $5 a person.

Miracle Pop Up Christmas Bars

Starting this weekend until Christmas, Miracle Pop-Ups coming to two locations: Miracle on the Square at Grape & Grain Exchange in Jacksonville, and Miracle at Forgotten Tonic in St. Augustine.
