The largest Dinosauria in Zoo history runs daily through August 2

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. – Time is running out to experience Dinosauria at Jacksonville Zoo and Botanical Gardens. The larger-than-life prehistoric adventure, featuring more than 40 life-size dinosaurs, is open daily now through August 2, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Explorers of all ages are invited to journey back in time and come face-to-face with towering, roaring dinosaurs throughout the Zoo. Guests can get up close with the mighty T. rex, marvel at the towering Brachiosaurus and dig into hands-on fossil experiences along the way.

This year’s Dinosauria is the largest in Zoo history, offering families one final chance this summer to explore the prehistoric world before it goes extinct.

“Dinosauria has brought an incredible sense of wonder and excitement to the Zoo this summer,” said Nikki Smith, Chief Philanthropy and Marketing Officer at Jacksonville Zoo and Botanical Gardens. “From the moment guests encounter their first life-size dinosaur, it becomes an adventure the whole family can enjoy together. We encourage everyone to visit before this unforgettable experience closes on August 2.

Admission to Dinosauria can be added to General Admission for $8 per person. Dinosauria is not included with Total Experience.

Guests can also explore the Zoo’s award-winning animal habitats, lush botanical gardens and other family-friendly experiences during their visit, making Dinosauria the perfect addition to a summer day at Jacksonville Zoo and Botanical Gardens.
