Hawkers officially launched their brunch menu this past weekend. It’s packed with Asian inspired breakfast foods, bottomless mimosas and rosè and 5 exclusive brunch cocktails!

Brunch is currently only available at the Neptune Beach location on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-3pm.

On the brunch menu:

•Char Siu Baos

•Soup Dumplings

•Sichuan Shakshuka

•Coconut Curry Eggs Benedict

•Pandan Kaya Pancakes

•Hong Kong Bubble Waffle

•The Traditional

•Pork Belly Hash

•Korean Fried Chicken Biscuit

•Shrimp & Grits

My favorite out of the ones I tried was the Hong Kong Bubble Waffle- a sweet bubble waffle, lemon custard, whipped cream and fresh seasonal berries.

The Cocktails:

•Hibiscus Fizz

•Morning Met

•On Cloud Wine

•Kimchi Bloody Mary

•Butterfly Effect

My favorite cocktail was probably the On Cloud Wine- A split bottle of sparkling Rosè topped with fluffly cotton candy. It’s super cute and the cotton candy adds some sweetness to the Rosè.

I have my eye on the Shrimp & Grits and the Hibiscus Fizz for my next visit!

Pork Belly Hash- Crispy Pork Belly, tater tots, bell peppers, onions, fried egg, smothered in their signature curry gravy.

Hong Kong Bubble Waffle- A Classic Street Treat. A sweet bubble waffle with lemon custard, whipped cream and fresh seasonal berries.

Korean Fried Chicken Biscuit- Two freshly baked biscuits stacked with Korean fried chicken, sausage gravy, fried eggs and sauces with sweet and spicy gochujang.

On Cloud Wine- a split bottle of sparkling Rosè topped with fluffy cotton candy.

The Butterfly Effect- a mood ring in a glass. Lightly sweet and fresh with Tito’s Vodka, Butterfly pea flower tea and a color changing side car of lemon juice.

Kimchi Bloody Mary-level up spicy and bold with St. George Greene chile vodka, Hawker’s house-made kimchi mix, jumbo cocktail shrimp and kimchi stuffed olives.
