SAVE THE DATE!  Virginia & Mizzou will face off in the 81st Annual TaxSlayer Gator Bowl on Saturday, Saturday, December 27th at 7:30 PM on the Bill Gay Grounds at Jacksonville’s EverBank Stadium!

Don’t miss one of our favorite holiday traditions plus special this year, the game will be PRIMETIME on ABC! There will also be a Pep Rally at Deck The Chairs on Friday, December 26 & their New Years Eve 5k in downtown Jacksonville!

This year’s TaxSlayer Gator Bowl will be the second ever meeting between these two teams with their last meeting coming in the regular season 1973.  #19 Virginia will serve as the visiting team, and this will be their third appearance in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl.  Virginia finished the season at 10-3.  Missouri will participate as the home team and made their last appearance in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl on December 28, 1968 where they beat Alabama 30-0.  Missouri finished the season 8-4 and this will be their fourth appearance in the game.
