Returning for a third year to Riverfront Plaza, Jax River Jams Presented by VyStar Credit Union is an inclusive celebration for Northeast Florida. By matching local openers with national acts, Jax River Jams showcases the rich talent of Jacksonville’s music scene, prioritizes supporting regional talent, and gives local bands paid opportunities to open each show in front of thousands of music lovers.  The series welcomes the community Downtown and showcases its potential as a vibrant, 24-hour city center. Last year, the concert series brought nearly 33,000 people to the Downtown area. 

"The City of Jacksonville is excited to announce the return of this exciting free event," said Mayor Curry. "We encourage citizens to enjoy the music, artists, dining, riverfront views, and everything Downtown has to offer. The City, VyStar Credit Union, Downtown Vision, and our other partners are committed to making this an event to remember!"

Jax River Jams Presented by VyStar Credit Union will also feature food trucks and bars with local craft beer and spirits. Camp chairs and picnic blankets are encouraged.
